HD Construction Nears Completion on New Dan Cummins Dealership in Georgetown, Kentucky

Georgetown, KY — HD Construction, in partnership with Dean Builds, is approaching completion on the new Dan Cummins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Georgetown, Kentucky — a ground-up commercial facility for one of the state's most recognized automotive brands.

The project represents a full Division 5–9 scope for HD, including exterior and interior metal framing, insulation, drywall, acoustical ceiling systems, and blocking throughout the building. From the structural envelope to the finished showroom, HD's team delivered the kind of coordinated, multi-phase execution that keeps complex commercial projects moving forward.

One of the standout features of the build is the dealership's showroom, where high ceilings create the open, impressive feel that a brand like Dan Cummins demands. HD's Field Operations Manager Cody Brandenburg called it his favorite element of the project. "Walking into that showroom and seeing how the ceiling height transforms the space — that's the kind of work you remember," Brandenburg said. "It's one thing to frame it. It's another to see the finished product and know your team built that."

The dealership is expected to open soon, adding a landmark commercial facility to Georgetown's growing business corridor and reinforcing Dan Cummins Auto Group's commitment to serving Central Kentucky.
