HD Construction Supports Oldham County Education Fund at Wehr Clay Shoot

At HD Construction, we've always believed that building strong communities matters just as much as building strong structures. So when our partners at Wehr Constructors invited us to participate in their clay shoot fundraiser benefiting the Oldham County Education Fund, the answer was easy.

Team members Cody, Jared, and Jeff represented HD at the event — a scramble-style clay shoot where the highest score takes the top spot. Think of it as a golf scramble, but with a little more smoke and a lot more fun.

The day was a reminder of what we love most about this industry: the relationships. Getting off the jobsite and connecting with partners like Wehr in a setting like this reinforces the kind of trust and camaraderie that makes great projects possible. And when that time together also supports education for kids in Oldham County, it's hard to imagine a better way to spend an afternoon.
