PROJECT OVERVIEW
HD Construction was selected by the Frankfort Country Club Board to lead the demolition and full interior rebuild of the Club’s gym and adjacent areas. The goal was to completely modernize the space while maintaining active club operations for members, requiring tight coordination, clean work practices, and high-quality craftsmanship.

CHALLENGE / GOAL OF THE PROJECT
The Club needed the previous gym demolished and a fully new gym constructed—while keeping the remainder of the facility operational and minimizing disruption to members. The project required phasing, dust and noise control, and coordination with multiple stakeholders on the board.
