HD Construction’s Phase 1 Scope Includes:

• Temporary wall systems installed at window openings to support upcoming window replacements, allowing work to continue safely and efficiently.

• Cold-formed metal framing for two exterior greenhouse structures, converting former aluminum storefront rooms into fully enclosed, weather-tight spaces with new roofing systems.

• Application of EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) for modern exterior cladding and improved energy performance.

• Installation of drywall systems throughout designated interior areas to prepare for next-phase finishes and layouts.
