A Classic Keeneland Experience Inside a New Chalet

The Old Clubhouse Room is one of the signature spaces inside Keeneland’s new Chalet building. While the structure is entirely new, this room was designed to capture the atmosphere of Keeneland’s original clubhouse, a place known for its warmth, character, and timeless charm.

HD Construction, partnering with Dean Builds, completed the full interior installation for the room. Our work included metal stud wall systems, drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring preparation, specialty finishes, and the integration of trim elements that echo the traditional design language of the property.

Even in a brand-new building, the goal was to make the room feel familiar. Every material and detail was selected to reflect the textures and tone of the historic clubhouse while delivering modern comfort for today’s guests.

The Old Clubhouse Room now offers a welcoming, tradition-rich environment within the new Chalet. It provides a classic Keeneland feel inside a contemporary structure, blending heritage and hospitality in a seamless way.
