ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead commercial construction projects from award through closeout while coordinating customers, field teams, schedules, budgets and documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage project schedules and budgets
Coordinate customers, field teams and suppliers
Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders and closeout
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience, including at least 3 years in project management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Read plans and specifications
Strong leadership and communication
Construction software proficiency
