PROJECT UPDATE: HD Construction Progresses on 325 West Main Street Renovation
HD construction working with Dean Builds to renovate the new 325 West Main Street
Lexington, KY – April 30, 2025 — HD Construction is actively contributing to the transformation of 325 West Main Street, a prominent downtown Lexington landmark undergoing significant redevelopment. In collaboration with general contractor Dean Builds, the project aims to revitalize the former Triangle Center into a dynamic mixed-use space featuring ground-level retail and dining, with offices and co-working areas above.

HD Construction's current scope of work includes the installation of temporary partitions and steel metal framing, essential for facilitating phased renovations while maintaining the building's structural integrity.

Leading the on-site efforts is Cody Brandenburg, recently promoted to Field Operations Manager of Lexington Region. “Cody’s growth as a leader has been incredible to watch,” said Donnie Proffitt,. “This is a high-profile project in the heart of our city, and I couldn’t be more confident in his ability to keep things moving smoothly. Having him lead the charge is a huge part of why this build is staying on track.”
